Announcing The Launch of X-plorenow and X-plorenow.com

Conservation Through Exploration
January 1, 2010 -- We are proud to announce the launch of X-plorenow! X-plorenow is a conservation, outdoor adventure and expedition organization focused on reconnecting people with the world around them through hands-on outdoor exploration. We feel that nature is an asset that should be cherished and enjoyed. But that asset is at risk. Our goal is to reconnect people to nature by facilitating their own personal enjoyment. Our job is to educate and advise in hopes that people will start making smarter decisions that impact the world around us once they re-discover the power of nature. Our mission is to improve conservation while continuing to allow access to these beautiful places. Nature should be protected for our use, not from our use. We feel that this is the only way to ensure continued protection and enjoyment for years to come.

"My wife and I had always loved nature but it wasn't until we had a very tragic event that heavily effected our family that we came to understand the beauty and power of Nature. It truly allowed us to find ourselves again" says X-plorenow co-founder Michael Arian. " But as we all know that asset is at risk. Our goal is to help people reconnect with nature, just as we did, in hopes of saving it before it is too late."

X-plorenow will help in several ways. We will look to:

• Create awareness to both the opportunities for enjoyment and dangers to nature
• Provide a community where members can learn, share, and connect
• Provide compelling content to educate and entertain
• Provide a mechanism for action towards change

Along with X-plorenow.com our team will be taking several expeditions per year to draw awareness towards specific areas of value and unfortunately environment threats. X-plorenow will be announcing the first expedition shortly, Alaska 2010. Stay tuned.
