Exploration Resources

Whether you are going out for a quick hike or a several week expedition, the wilderness is serious business and you have to be prepared. Good preperation can help ensure that everything goes smoothly, or when something does go wrong that your chance of success is that much higher. Either way you need to learn it before you need it. There are four categories of exploration resources included here, Wilderness Skills, Equipment, Trip Planning, and Survival Kit and Skills. We are not trying to teach you all of these skills, but rather make you aware of what you need to know and help connect you with the resources that can better educate you in specific areas. We will also look to share the things that we have learned along the way as well. If you plan to spend any time in the wilderness it is imperative that you learn these basic skills to ensure the safety of yuou and your family. Trust us, you won't know how to do it already.

Survival Kit and Skills
